Sean grew up in Anchorage, Alaska playing hockey through high school and at the Junior B level. In 1999, Sean attended Weber State University and played four seasons for the Wildcats.

During his time at Weber State, the team went to the National Tournament three times, placing 3rd twice and 2nd once. Sean earned Bachelor degrees in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Gerontology.

After his playing career ended, Sean coached the Weber State Division II team for 3 1/2 seasons and decided after the 2007 season to move down to Texas to be closer to his family. Sean was married in June of 2008 and has three children.

"I am very excited to be a part of this organization and hope over the duration of my coaching career at Texas A&M, I will be able to continue the winning tradition started by the players and coaches who came before me."

Assistant Coach: Scott Ball (sball@suddenlink.net)

Scott Ball, from St. Marys, Ontario, Canada has been an assistant coach with the hockey team since 2002. Scott brings a background of experience to the team from his playing days with the St. Mary's Jr. B Lincolns (Division II) and his many coaching opportunities with various minor league and youth hockey programs in Canada.

Scott and his wife, Janice, immigrated to the US in 1987. Scott earned two degrees from Texas A&M University - a BSC in Ag. Economics with a minor in Finance in 1990, and completed a Masters in Land Economic and Real Estate in 1992. We currently own a successful Real Estate company specializing in Multi-Family Development and Investments.

"I enjoy spending time with my family, Evan and Jessi, high schoolers in the College Station school system."

"I also enjoy the opportunity to be a volunteer for the sport of hockey and our University. I take great pride in the development of our Student Athletes and the popularity increase of College Hockey in Texas."

Assistant Coach: Josh Hand (jhand@arcticwolfice.com)

Josh grew up playing youth hockey in Reading Pennsylvania for the Timberline Wolf pack. After High School Josh moved to Lowell Massachusetts where he played Junior A for the Boston Junior Bulldogs and well renown Coach Mike Addesa. After juniors Josh was invited to the Dallas Star’s Training Camp where he skated for Coach Dave Tippet. A four year starter at Concordia College in Moorhead Minnesota playing for Hall of Fame Coach Steve Baumgartner, Josh graduated with a double major in Communications and Political Science. After graduation Josh turned down offers to play pro and took the job as Hockey Director in College Station Texas at the Arctic Wolf Ice Center.

"Texas A&M Ice Hockey is one of the strongest college hockey programs in the south, I am excited to help it become even better. I look forward to helping the program be successful in any way that I can."
